Warranty

BrüMate drinkware products have a limited lifetime warranty, and coolers have a 5-year warranty. Our warranty covers replacement parts, or a full replacement if necessary, and does not warrant a refund of any type. In the event of a defective product, our obligation is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at our discretion. Limited release color accessories or replacements may not always be available, in which case a comparable replacement part or product would be offered. 

Our warranty covers temperature regulating capabilities, defects in craftsmanship, and our 100% leakproof guarantee. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, scratches, physical damage, lost parts or accessories, damaged packaging where the product is not damaged, punctures or drops are not covered. 

In some cases, we may request that damaged products be returned directly to us in the adequate packaging to prevent damage during shipping. An original copy of the receipt must be included with your return. In the event we require you to return your items, we will provide you with a prepaid label. 

If your product is missing its non-slip base, or the base is damaged or exposed, please stop using the product and contact our team for a replacement. 

Products purchased through unauthorized resellers are not covered under warranty. 

How to File a Warranty Claim

Before sending you product back, please contact us via email at sales@brumate.com with the following information. 

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Product being returned
  • Reason for warranty claim
  • Date of purchase
  • Photo copy of receipt
  • Photo of warranty issue 
  • Ship-to address to return repaired / replacement product

Once your claim has been processed, we will reach out with a resolution within 7 business days.
